When my husband and I started shopping around for a low rate so we could refinance our house which had a low rate already but a 30 year equity line that continued to rise we became nervous what the rate would be in a few years never mind 28!

We turned to Nicole who very quickly provided us with a low, fixed rate mortgage and this would roll our equity right into it. Nicole was available to us whenever we needed and was able to answer any questions we had. Her website is also very helpful and we plan to continue reviewing it for helpful hints on what renovations we can do to make our home more profitable.

Hi, Nicole! After discussing the type of loan I am getting with my Affordable Housing Rep she suggested I get a 'soft second approval.' As you know I have spoken with several lenders. How frustrating to speak with them after working with you....no one has been nearly as optimistic, fast, eager or knowledgeable.

There has been several building delays and jumping from unit to unit depending on when the developer thinks one may be ready. I've been steered in a few different directions and sometimes think that I'll never actually move. The houses however...stunning and on the market for $529...I feel so lucky in that sense!
