She helped me realize I could do this giant step, and was always able to answer any question, usually within minutes it seemed, sent via Email. Phone calls were always returned promptly.  She introduced me to Nicole Kittredge, who made the financing aspects understandable - no small feat.  Between the two of them, I now own a condo that I love with absolutely no regrets what so ever.
