About Nicole

Nicole Kittredge is an experienced and reputable Mortgage Advisor specializing in helping individuals attain and maintain financial freedom and success through budgeting, credit care, mortgage planning and overall financial health.

History

I began in the banking and finance industry ten years ago with a goal set to help people better their financial situation. My journey through the very conforming banking industry began at Middlesex Savings Bank. My next career move took me to the corporate world of Beneficial Finance as a Senior Account Executive, and in under one year I was promoted to Branch Sales Manager solidifying my position in the mortgage industry as a recognized leader.

For the next three years I explored the broker world with United Funding Corp. I blossomed into a true professional at UFC building life long relationships based on trust, teaching numerous seminars and providing service above and beyond to my clients.

I am thrilled to say that I finally found my home with PHH Mortgage, a top six direct, residential lender in the country specializing in private label mortgages. The dynamic relationships I have with my partners here at PHH allow me to provide exemplary customer service and the right loans to each and every individual.

Community

I am a firm believer in giving back to the communities in which we live which is why I am active in several organizations. I am a dedicated member of the Lions Club "We Serve". I support local football as my husband is a volunteer. Go Panthers! I also support Medway, its rich history and beautiful buildings, through the Medway Historical Society.
As a member of the American Legion Auxiliary I proudly support our veterans and the men and women currently serving our great country.

Do you think credit is important? I would love to start a pilot program and provide a free seminar to educate our youth about their credit. If you have any ideas on how I may go about communicating this vital information, please feel free to share them!

Check out the 'Seminars' tab on this site. You are invited to attend any of the many wonderful, free Seminars or classes I host.

Education

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Framingham State College while working full time for seven years. Along the way I became a member of Phi Theta Kappa at Massachusetts Bay Community College,
the international honor society of the two year college as well as Omicron Epsilon Delta at Framingham State College, the international honor society in Economics.

Recently I've been taking classes at the Center For Women & Enterprise and I am thoroughly impressed! Have you thought about entrepreneurship? CWE is an excellent place to start. You will also catch me at industry training events, seminars and classes as well as hosting educational seminars and teaching as an adjunct professor.

Family

I enjoyed the wonderful experience of being a foster parent to two very special people seven years ago. I had the opportunity to care for my cousins, soon to be ages 16 and 18 ~ WOW! Watching them come into their own grow into beautiful young adults makes me so proud. You go, T & T!

If you have thought about reaching out to children in need please visit www.mass.gov and go to the Department of Social Services to find out more. One other avenue of helping that impresses me and is not as committal is the Fresh Air Fund. Check it out at www.freshair.org.
